Quick healthy breakfast on budget 
Spinach and eggs

If you are a mother of small children like me I am sure each day you are asking yourself ''What am I going to cook ?" This is my every weekend question. Yes, every weekend because I am planing my meals on Friday morning for the rest of the week. But this is for another post :) 

For today, I have a quick , easy recipe that everyone will love. Spinach and eggs. 

Spinach is a super-food, loaded with tons of nutrients : proteins, iron, vitamins and minerals.

Eggs are full of protein, minerals and more important , it contains lutein and zeaxanthin. Last two maintains good vision , help reduce the risk of age-related eye diseases.

 - 2 tablespoons of olive oils

 - 1 box of spinach from Costco

 - salt

 - peper

 - eggs

- chili flakes

We served it with some tomatoes and red peppers.
